Delivery Policy:

Reading this means you will be agreeing to the terms below in any transaction or business project involvement with BPline Containers.

The following guidelines are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of our delivery terms and have a mutual agreement to protect and adhere to the set standards of operations in ensuring excellent shipping services, which is our primary interest as a company.

  • General

To ensure honesty in stock availability, we try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website and the expanded marketplace platforms that partner with us in advertising our units from time to time. In the event of a stock discrepancy, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about this matter inquiring whether you prefer waiting for a restock of the backordered item(s) or a refund using the original method of payment.

  • Delivery Fee

Delivery costs are calculated based on the destination of delivery and logistics that will be incurred to provide a fast a reliable delivery. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the total shipping cost to the customer.

  • Pick UP

We allow private professional clients and companies to make their own logistic arrangements and pick up their unit(s) after order confirmation.
However, not all our delivery yards are open for pickup; we only offer deliveries at selected states.


i. Return Due to Change of Mind

BPline Containers will happily accept returns due to change of mind as much as a request to return is received by us within 15 days of receipt of item. However, the specific unit(s) must be in their original packaging, unused, unscratched and in a resalable condition.

Once your return is confirmed, we will schedule the pick up date for the unit and make refunds to you, our company covers the pick up expenses.
Once returns are received and accepted, the refund(s) will be processed and a notification made to you on completing the process via email.

We pride in maintaining consumer satisfaction. Therefore, we will refund the exact amount paid according to your invoice.

ii. Warranty Returns

BPline Containers will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided the submission is within 30 days of receipt of the shipped items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of unit(s) for warranty claim, we will process your warranty claim within 3 business days. Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive an email notification with a claim tracking to track your claim on our website.

  • Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address any time before the order has been dispatched to your initial provided delivery address.

  • Military Address Delivery

We are able to deliver to military addresses. The total delivery cost for the services will include the tax and handling fee.

  • Units Out Of Stock

If a unit is out of stock, we will wait for the unit to be available before dispatching your order.

  • Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the estimated time, kindly contact us so that we trace and track the delivery. However, you are allocated a personal sales rep to give you time to time updates about your delivery till the delivery team arrive for delivery.

  • Tracking Notifications

Upon preparation of customers order for delivery, customers will receive a delivery tracking number (DTN) to enable them to trace and monitor the delivery of the unit to their address.

  • Units Damaged In Transit

If a unit is damaged in-transit, we allow returns to our yard in exchange for another unit of the customer’s choice.
Kindly reject the delivery of any damaged or dented unit(s) that appear to be different from what you see in pictures or in person as you place your purchase(s).

  • Duties & Taxes

Sales Tax:

The sales tax has already been added to the price of the goods as calculated in the price quotation and invoice.

  • Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international deliveries will be pre-paid, with no additional fees to be paid by the customer upon the unit(s) arrival in destination country.

  • Cancellations

Our company will accept cancellation before dispatch if a customer changes their mind. However, if a unit has already been dispatched, kindly refer to our refund policy.

  • Insurance

The shipped unit(s) are insured against loss and damage during transit. Therefore, the company will compensate the customer and/or client of any lost or damaged goods with regards to the value of the unit(s) during the shipment.

  • Process for unit damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement the unit(s) as soon as the customer returns the damaged unit(s) in the delivery yard.

  • Process for unit lost in-transit or utterly damaged

We will process a refund or replacement within 72hours after notice.
